Integration Setup

Integrating Kixie with Zoho takes just a few clicks, with no further setup or configuration required. All Kixie plans have a native integration with all paid versions of Zoho CRM, and require no additional software to set up or use.

CRM logging

  • Calls: Kixie automatically logs all calls to the appropriate lead or contact page in Zoho.
  • Call recording: Kixie logs all call recordings as part of every logged call. Kixie provides unlimited free cloud storage for all call recordings for the lifetime of your account.
  • Call outcomes: Call outcomes and notes logged in the Kixie dialer appear on the contact record as Closed Tasks.
  • Schedule a followup task: During or after a call, users can schedule a Task in Zoho from inside the Kixie dialer.
  • Text messages: Kixie logs all inbound and outbound text messages in Zoho as completed SMS Tasks.
  • Associated pages: All of the above items are also logged on any account or opportunity pages associated with the contact/lead.

Contact info

Any time a call is made to or received from a Zoho contact, Kixie automatically displays that contact's pertinent information (such as name, title, company, deal and deal size, and email address) in the Kixie dialer. Zoho contact info can also be edited or updated inside the Kixie dialer during or after the call.

Contact creation

Kixie automatically creates a new contact in Zoho any time a call is made to or received from a number that is not associated with an existing contact. The agent who made or received the call will automatically be made the contact owner, and the contact will be given a first and last name (pulled from the CNAM database). These contacts can be edited right inside the Kixie dialer, before or after the call has ended.

Workflow automation

Kixie has the ability to trigger automated Zoho workflows of any kind. Use Kixie call outcomes (including custom outcomes), scheduled activities, or SMS or calls that meet certain criteria to trigger a workflow in Zoho. This opens up a world of possibilities, including the ability to send (or schedule send) an email, update deal stage, send a Slack message, create a Trello card or Asana task, and much more, all with a single click inside your Kixie dialer.
