Scheduled auto-calls are a type of automated call that is initiated at a predetermined time. The calls are made using an intelligent auto dialer, which is a software system that automatically dials phone numbers when an agent is available to place the call. With Kixie, an available agent will receive a notification when a scheduled auto-call is ready to be placed. The agent has the ability to accept or reject the outgoing call.
If there are no available agents to place a scheduled auto-call, the call will not be made. The scheduled auto-call notification will remain in the contact owner’s dialer until they are ready to make the call.
